At Kuwahi Dolls, we strive to paint a beautiful, heirloom quality doll that will be cherished for lifetimes to come.
If a return is required due to damage during shipping or unsatisfactory work, we will uphold our promise to make good with our beloved customers. Wig, shoe and clothing purchases may be exchanged or refunded within 30 thirty days of purchase.
Shipping Policy
How it Works
All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Free shipping for doll purchase within the Continental United States. A twenty dollar shipping discount will be offered for international doll purchases. Your doll will arrive in a custom shipper that includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
Care Instructions
What to Know
All dolls painted in Kuwahi Doll Studio have multiple layers of thin, high-quality paint. In addition, a protective layer is added to thwart light and moisture. Protect your doll from prolonged exposure to the sun and keep it in a dust and moisture free environment. Kuwahi Dolls are Artisan Collector's Dolls, not meant for play. Treating them as a tresured investment will allow for years of enjoyment.
