The doll was individually hand sculpted by artist Joyce Mathews and cast in high-quality resin. With fourteen points of articulation, she possesses both graceful poseability and the refined presence expected of a collectible artist doll.
 
Her expression has been developed entirely by hand. Joyce Mathews individually painted her eyes, lips, eyelashes, eyebrows, cheeks, facial contouring, body contouring, body blushing, and nails, creating the subtle tonal variations and delicate detailing that give the doll her distinctive character.
 
The artist's signature appears on the back of the head, permanently identifying the work with its sculptor and adding an important element of provenance for the collector.

Beneath the French lace is a second layer of high-quality cotton, selected to provide gentle structure and body while preserving the softness and natural drape of the ensemble.

The doll wears shiny Mary Jane-style shoes crafted from synthetic patent leather by Monique.
 
Her finishing touch is a luxurious handmade medium-brown mohair wig by Olga Kuznetsova. Chosen for its natural texture, softness, and beautifully scaled movement, the mohair frames her hand-painted features while complementing the warm, delicate palette of her ensemble.
